Sunday 5/1/2022

Travel day to Nassau - *** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival to the airport please completely exit the airport and you will find an Impact sign for your transfer to the hotel.  

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Afternoon free to relax and unwind at the resort!

7:30pm-9:30pm - Welcome Reception - Join us for dinner and drinks to begin the celebration!  Privilege Pool.  Exit the SLS Baha Mar towards the beach and you will see Privilege Pool on the left hand side after you pass the Bungalow Pool.

- Cocktails and Dinner will be served.  

After dinner try your hand at the craps table, visit the rooftop Sky Bar for a nightcap, head to Bond nightclub for a late evening, enjoy a cigar at the Cigar Bar, or listen to live music at the Jazz bar.  Plenty of options for everyone.  

Remember:  You will be provided resort credit to help defray costs of meals that are not provided by Impact.  The casino does NOT accept resort credit but there are many restaurants and bars at Baha Mar that will accept your credit.

Monday 5/2/2022

Today is all yours to enjoy the pools of SLS, the brand new waterpark, the hotel's fitness center, the complimentary non-motorized water sports, and the beautiful beach right in front of the property.

Breakfast and Lunch on Own! Here are the Dining Options 

9:00 - 11:00 am - Sales Meeting. More details to follow.

Catamaran Snorkel - For those who selected catamaran snorkel for their activity this afternoon will be for you!  We will meet in the lobby of SLS Baha Mar at 11:45am, wheels up by 11:50am, please don't be late.  The transfer to the boat takes approximately 30 minutes as its located on Paradise Island.  The boat trip will take place between 1-4:30pm.  Lunch will be provided on board!  Please remember your sunscreen and sunglasses.  Gratuities have been covered by impact.com.

Dinner: At Leisure, attendees are on their own for dinner to enjoy all amazing cuisine that Baha Mar has to offer.  As long as you can charge back to your room, your resort credit can be used!  You may adventure over to the Hyatt or Rosewood for dinner and you are able to charge back to your room at SLS.  Here is the full restaurant list in the Baha Mar complex.

For men we recommend one pair of long slacks for the trip.

Activity Day

Today you will have the opportunity to choose from the options below for your activity day, hosted by Impact.  

Round of Golf - Enjoy 18 holes of golf at the Royal Blue Golf Course. 

Tee time is 10am for the group that is golfing at Royal Blue course.  Please head to the SLS lobby and ask the bellman for the shuttle to the course.  We recommend being in the lobby by 9:00am to give yourself time to warm up on the range!  Club rentals are included.

Spa appointments at the ESPA Spa will be scheduled based upon availability. Please check your Travefy itinerary for your appointment day and time.

Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.
