Travel day to Maui -  Impact is providing group transportation to the hotel upon arrival.  The drive from the OGG airport should take approximately 30 minutes. 

*** Check-in time is 4PM, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. 

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

You will be provided $400 USD per person to spend at the Andaz on food and beverage over your stay.  This amount will be covered by impact directly, please just make sure you charge back these costs to your hotel room.  Anything over the $400 per person, you will be asked to cover that personally. 

When you check in to the hotel, you will be asked to place a credit card on file and Andaz will place a $200 per night hold on your credit card for incidentals ($800 for your stay).  If you spend over your resort credit allotment of $400 per person, the additional amount will be taken from Andaz's credit card hold amount and the remaining unspent HOLD amount will be released 7 days after check-out back to your credit card. 

Please note, if you don't spend the $400 per person, the remaining amount is returned to impact for future trips!

  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  We always recommend packing a change of clothes in your carry-on in case luggage gets lost during travels.

Lunch at leisure.

To help defray lunch costs, you will be provided resort credit to use for food and beverage for the total 4 night trip.

6:00 PM - 8:00PM - Welcome Cocktail Hour - Tonight's cocktail hour is an on flow event as we know everyone has traveled far for the trip. Stop by and grab a drink and light appetizer prior to heading to dinner on your own.

Location: Nohea Lawn (on site at Andaz)

  • Dress code for the welcome party is casual, shorts and sandals are permitted, it is outside so a shawl is recommended.
  • Light appetizers & drinks will be provided at Welcome Cocktail Hour.

A breakfast buffet is offered daily at Ka'ana Kitchen from 6:30 - 11:00AM.  Please keep in mind breakfast is not included and will be charged to your room as part of your $400 per person Resort Credit given for meals.  Just outside of the Ka'ana Kitchen, you can grab complimentary coffee and tea each morning. For those looking to grab a quick bite the Market offers grab and go options, and in-room dining can also be ordered.

5:00PM - 8:30PM:  Impact Group Dinner- Please join us this evening for dinner and a view and a great chance to connect with co-workers, explore Maui, and catch a breathtaking sunset along the way!  We ask that you meet in the Andaz lobby for a 5:00 PM departure to head to the marina.

18 Holes of Golf - Tee times begin at 8:50 AM. The Andaz has two courtesy cars that can drive you to the golf course from the hotel lobby. Please note that these courtesy cars are on a first come first serve basis.

Dinner On Own:  We recommend making reservations ahead of time and Andaz provides a complimentary shuttle within Wailea.  Keep in mind the courtesy vehicles will be busy with a full hotel so just give yourself an extra 20 minutes.

If you selected the Hike Maui Waterfall Hike as your activity, today is your activity day! Please meet in the lobby at 8:45 AM for a 9:00 departure. You will be back to the resort by 3:00 PM. Lunch is included. We recommend wearing running shoes and please note that they may get wet!

  • Dress code for this event is Resort Chic, think linens, sundresses, etc.   It is outside so a shawl is recommended.

Departure Day from Andaz Maui, check out is 11:00AM.

For those leaving later in the day you will have access to the Ohana Lounge which is a great perk at the Andaz.  Lockers are available to store your personal items during the day and showers are available to get ready for your late departure.
  • Please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account.  Impact will be covering all room charges, taxes, resort fees, and resort credit provided.  All additional charges should be covered by the individual.
