Yes, every impact.com President's Club inductee can invite one guest to join them in Croatia, covered by impact.com.  Keep in mind bed preferences (King vs. 2 Doubles) are not guaranteed but can be requested. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by March 14, 2025. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel.  Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 48 hours with several flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest.

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight.  Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.

You will be responsible to cover any flight changes after booking unless it is work related.

Please remember to fly into DBV (Dubrovnik Airport).

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests. Extensions are extremely limited as the hotel is almost at full capacity around our event dates. We will accommodate as many requests as possible based upon availability.

[fa icon="plus-square"] How are airport transfers being handled?

All attendees arriving within the group dates of May 7th - May 11th will have organized transfers when they arrive to the Dubrovnik airport to transport them to/from the hotel.

Your transfer from your home to the airport and back is your responsibility to organize but you may expense up to $120 total for the round-trip costs.  This is the total for both you and your guest.  If your guest is coming from an alternate location they will need to cover their own transport to the airport.  You may either expense this cost or use your impact.com Uber account.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is this hotel all-inclusive or will I receive resort credit?

The hotel is not all-inclusive.  impact.com has provided 300 EURO per person gift card to help defray the cost of food and drinks throughout the trip.  Anything over the 300 EURO (600 EURO if bringing a guest) will be your responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from the trip?

We will be covering your hotel stay, 300 EURO per person towards F&B, airport transfers, one activity per person, and flights.  We ask that you only expense your transport from your house to the airport round-trip.  All additional expenses over what is provided will be your responsibility from the trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
