Travel day to Croatia -  Impact is providing group transportation to the hotel upon arrival.  

*** Check-in time is 2PM, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. 

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Reminder you will be provided a stipend for 300 EUROs per person to cover additional means not included with the group.  This gift card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, it can easily also be used at the hotel to cover any balances remaining at check-out.

  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  We always recommend packing a change of clothes in your carry-on in case luggage gets lost during travels.
  • Lunch at leisure. Prora Restaurant, located on the beach is open for lunch beginning at 11:00 AM.

 

7:30 PM - 9:30PM - Welcome Party - Join us tonight to kick off a great few days of celebration in Croatia. Dinner tonight will be hosted at Hotel Excelsior on the Palm Terrace.

  • Dress code for the welcome party is business casual, it is outside so a shawl is recommended.
  • Dinner & drinks will be provided at Welcome Cocktail Hour.

10:00am-4:00pm - Impact Group Activity - Today we will embark on an unforgettable oyster experience! You'll get an up close look at one of Croatia's most celebrated seafood traditions, and learn from the locals the process of oyster farming.  You'll have the opportunity to taste the freshest oysters right from the sea, paired with local wines or traditional accompaniments, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.

Tonight is an opportunity to get out and explore restaurants in Old Town.  Reminder Old Town is a quick 8 minute walk from the hotel.

Get out and explore the local area. Hotel Dubrovnik is located in an ideal location to walk the city and tour it at your own pace. 

Venture out to the markets and bars; savor freshly caught seafood while gazing out to sea at sunset; walk along the iconic walls, or take a cable car up to Mount Srd for the most spectacular views of Dubrovnik. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Old Town and its towering walls rise above the 13th-century main street. The city remains an epicenter of culture, art, music and science. All this surrounded by a brilliant-blue seascape, charming beaches and idyllic islands.

Departure Day from Croatia.

Check out is 11:00am. Please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account. Impact will be covering all room charges, and taxes. You will be responsible for any additional charges made to your room.
